This may be caused by communication handshake failure between the vehicle's BMS and the pile, or safety protection triggers such as insulation test failure or electronic lock malfunctions.
3. Are these chargers compatible with all electric vehicles?
Our stations support major protocols including CHAdeMO, CCS1, CCS2, and GBT, making them compatible with most modern EVs. However, ensure your vehicle protocol matches the chosen connector.
