1. INTRODUCTION
The display controller is suitable for measurement and control of various temperatures, pressures, liquid levels, lengths, etc. Adopting a microprocessor for digital operation, it can perform high-precision linear correction for various non-linear signals.
The light column display controller combines digital measurement display and analog measurement display in one. Using a digital LED display, it accurately shows control real-time measurement values. Simultaneously, it adopts a high-precision 40-line light column display, providing a clear and intuitive visualization of real-time measurement values to facilitate easy comparison with other measured parameters.
The controller features an open interface for setting internal parameters, including input type, operation mode, output parameters, and communication parameters. With advanced jumperless technology, the input index number can be changed online without powering off or hardware modification.
Supporting multi-computer communication, the device offers standard serial bi-directional functions (RS232C, RS485, RS422) with baud rates from 300 to 9600bps. It is designed to integrate seamlessly with computers, PLCs, and intelligent management systems based on Windows platforms.
